Forest Bathing and Guided Nature Walks
Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, is a wellness practice designed to open our senses, deepen our connection with nature, and help return our minds and bodies to a natural state of equanimity. We offer monthly guided Forest Bathing sessions in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
