Autumn 2023 Forest Bathing Walk

Join us for an early Autumn walk in the woods. As we travel along the trails together, you'll be guided through a variety of mindfulness practices and sensory awareness activities designed to deepen your connection with nature. Our journey together culminates in a closing tea ceremony, where participants will be invited to share their reflections.

This walk is FREE and is most appropriate for adults and children 13+ years old. Out of respect for the experiences of fellow participants, please leave your animal companions at home (unless, of course, they are service animals). 

Once you've registered, you'll receive a confirmation email which will include instructions for parking, our meet-up location, a plan for inclement weather, and a brief survey to help your guide assess the needs of the group.

Please consider bringing:

• Weather appropriate clothing
• Raincoat or windbreaker
• Trail appropriate shoes
• Water for hydration
• Light trail snacks (peanut-free)
• Fragrance-free sunscreen and insect repellant *

* Please help us make this experience inclusive, and accessible to everyone by avoiding the use of synthetically fragranced products and chemical insect repellants. Your guide will have fragrance- and synthetic-chemical-free products available to share if you do not have access to any of your own.
